Initially I got trained in Supplier lines team and then transferred to Online lodgment where I worked more than 1 year. I got great support from my manager, mentors, trainers and colleagues which helped to get signed off in the process the very first month I started. Also I was able to secure consecutive smart board rankings and 100 % quality targets which helped me to get cross trained in various other process like Supplier lines, Hire car, Customer Advocates and FNOL lodgment team. I have utilized my idle time to support other teams. And most happy part, since I was able to achieve good scores in quality every month, I got opportunity to mentor the new joiners and support my colleagues who were in performance improvement plan. I also got exposure to connect with onshore team for the process updates and best practices. I was also helping team in report creations and task allocation.
