We are owing platform for Resolve and my Wizard client.
For Resolve client we have upgraded our platform to new version recently without any issue. For my Wizard client we have upgraded Run deck as per latest requirement and no issue is reported.
Doing review check along with my team for Password management for service accounts and user credential. Service Account are always kept in Vault and rotated as per client policy and using LastPass also for authentication.
