After 3 years, I was hired as IT Business Analyst in HDPS where I was able to work with a multicultural team. As a business analyst, I collaborated with the clients and the technical team,prepared technical documentation and facilitated team discussions. I stayed there for almost 3 months because my son got sick and needed me more. It was a tough decision but I regret none. And a year after , I joined Security Bank as an IT engineer/Scrum master in which I master the art of collaboration. It is part of my job to inspire the team to voice out ideas, to communicate and coordinate. Additionally, these roles taught me to manage multiple projects seamlessly. Given my skills and expertise, I can confidently say that I can bring a significant impact to your company.
