GOOD EVENING ,ITS PLEASURE TO INTRODUCE MYSELF , I AM PURUSHOTHAMAN CURRENTLY PURSUING MY UNDERGRADUATE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AT CHENNAI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE I DID MY INTERN IN TVS TURBOCHARGER WHERE I HAVE LEARNED HOW THE TURBOCHARGER MANUFACTURED USING CNC MACHINES. I HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO THE PROCESS OF TURBOCHARGER MANUFACTURING FROM ITS INITIAL DESIGN TO THE FINAL ASSEMBLY AND I UNDERSTOOD THE IMPORTANCE OF MATERIAL SELECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL IN PRODUCT RELIABILITY. I HAVE DONE TWO PROJECT SO FAR MY FIRST PROJECT WAS REGENERATIVE BRAKING SYSTEM .
Good evening, my name is Purushothaman, and I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at Chennai Institute of Technology. I recently completed an internship at TVS Turbocharger, where I gained hands-on experience in the manufacturing process of turbochargers using CNC machines. This experience allowed me to understand the entire production cycle, from initial design to final assembly, emphasizing the importance of material selection and quality control. Additionally, I have worked on two projects, with my first being a regenerative braking system.
