I am Koh, hailing from Singapore. I embarked on my journey with Linde Material Handling Asia Pacific in 1997 and have since spent 27 fruitful years with KION Group. My career progression has seen me transition from a service executive to my current role as the Head of Customer Service for KION South Asia. Drawing from my experience as a process engineer and production manager, I took on the challenge of establishing the service department in 1997, starting with a small team and growing it to 30 dedicated members. Over the years, I have extended my expertise to support Linde operations in Malaysia, Thailand, and Hong Kong. My focus remains on driving service excellence, fostering team growth, and overcoming challenges with resilience and teamwork.
