I got multiple OSKAR awards which boosted me to apply for a role in inbound calls which is FNOL lodgment team. The environment was new and complicated for me. However, I got ambient support from my new team members and manager which helped me to grasp the process effortlessly. Since I was doing similar process in my previous team, i was able to help others with the best practices i have used and also helped them in clearing doubts. I got trained in our advanced ABS process which was a win for me to work on my career advancement. Like everyone, I also got confused to move to management support or training and quality. I have prepared for both to identify my strength and weakness. Finally, I made my decision to apply for a role in training and quality. I enjoyed finding solutions to unfamiliar situations and queries in lodgment which helped me to support my colleagues.
