I came to Japan in 2020 and went to a Japanese language school for a year. Thanks to that school and my enthusiasm, I was able to pass Japanese efficiency language test in N2 level in less than a year. After graduated, I joined PTS Japan which is an IT consulting company. I support many clients including users within PTS Japan. Not only supporting technical issues but I also handled procurement and partner relationships. I got promoted to be a Supervisor after 6 months to train new joiners and manage 20 individuals. I'm currently working at EXO Travel Japan where I've received more chances to perform hands-on fixes and plan about what should be implemented to improve employees' daily task. I consider myself a very motivated IT specialist and I find that this role is align with my future goal. I'll be more than happy to bring my diverse skill set to make a meaningful impact to the company.
