I started off my career as an analyst programmer where I perform a role mainly focused on the development and maintenance of the intranet applications of the bank particularly the employee and sharepoint portal. As an analyst programmer I am involved in the whole SDLC from requirements gathering up to post deployment support and maintenance. In that role, one of the major accomplishments that I’m proud of is that I have streamlined several processes which save employee’s time and company’s money and in return I got promoted to a Junior assistant manager. I spent more than 6 years in that company before I took a break to focus on my family. After 3 years, I was hired as IT Business Analyst in HDPS where I was able to work with a multicultural team. As a business analyst, I collaborated with the clients and the technical team,prepared technical documentation and facilitated team discussions.
